Terms of Service

  • By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms:

GENERAL

  • You must be over 18 years old in order to purchase an NSFW commission from me. Lying about your age will result in a permanent blacklist from future commissions.

  • Moekko has right to reject service to any request for any reason before payment.

  • Any work done or made available to the client must not be used for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and NFTs.

  • Clients agree to pay extra if they are requesting additional work in the middle of the process or request anything that wasn't discussed before Moekko gave the final quote.

revisions

  • I always show all the process! The sketch, lineart and base colors must be approved by the commissioner along the process so I can keep going. These instances can be used to ask changes.

  • You can request major changes during sketch and lineart process with no additional charge. Major changes after finished lineart (ex; during coloring, rendering) will increase the final price.

  • Edit instructions must be clear and detailed. Vague explanation will deliver unsatisfying output.

  • bad example: I think the eyes look a bit odd

  • good example: I want the eyes slanted a bit more upwards.

time frame

  • Usually should take 2 to 4 weeks (business days) but depends on complexity of the artwork (it’s not the same an illustration than a comic page). Please be patient :)

  • Time frame can be delayed for college works, personal stuff, etc. I'll always keep you notified.

  • Rush orders are available but the price will be increased. Ask if you're interested.

payment

  • Commission will be started once 50% (or more) of the payment is received.

  • (Worldwide) PayPal, (Argentina) MercadoPago, cualquier billetera virtual, transferencia bancaria.

  • Complicated designs / add-ons / complicated backgrounds may increase the price, you'll be noticed at the moment.

refunds

  • No refunds accepted. Please be sure you can pay the commission. If I'm not able to finish your commission, you'll be refunded.

usage and copyright

  • The commissioner is only allowed to use for personal use. Commercial use will increase the price (ask me for more info!)

  • Credit me if you use it publicly with my Twitter, Discord tag or my website Moekko

  • I'll always ask at the end if I can use the commission for portfolio display. You can agree or not.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • Moekko retains the original copyright and ownership of all commissioned work.

  • Clients may not claim the work as their own or anyone else's.
